Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Profile information visible to other members depends on your plan and privacy settings. Contact details may remain hidden until a qualifying subscription unlocks them.

We may share data with service providers (hosting, email, payment gateways) under contract when the platform goes live. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• Update or delete profile fields from your dashboard
• Clear demo data by removing browser storage for this site
• Contact support to request account deletion when a live backend is available

Eligibility

Member conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Scrape, spam, or attempt to bypass contact or subscription limits
• Use the service for commercial solicitation unrelated to matrimony

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) grant features described on the Plans page. Prices are shown in INR. In this demo, payments are simulated and records are stored locally in your browser.

When live billing is enabled, renewals, taxes, and invoices will follow the checkout terms shown at purchase.

Content & intellectual property

SoulMatch branding, layout, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to photos and text you upload, and grant us a licence to display them for matrimony purposes on the platform.

Disclaimer

SoulMatch facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee marriage outcomes. Members are responsible for their own due diligence. The platform is provided "as is" within applicable law.

This policy applies to matrimony subscription packages purchased through SoulMatch (demo purchases are simulated).

Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment. You may upgrade at any time; no refund applies to free registration.

Paid plans

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if no paid contact views were used
• Partial refunds may apply for unused months on annual plans, at SoulMatch discretion
• Promotional or discounted plans may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Cancellation

You may stop renewal by not repurchasing when your plan expires. Auto-renewal terms will be shown clearly when live payment integration is active.

Downgrading does not automatically refund unused premium days unless covered above.

How to request a refund

Email support@soulmatch.com with your registered email, plan name, and purchase date. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Respect & authenticity

• Use recent photos and honest biodata

• Report suspicious or abusive behaviour to support

Verification

Verified badges indicate documents reviewed by our team (demo badges may be illustrative). Never share OTPs, passwords, or full bank details in chat.

Prohibited content

• Explicit, hateful, or discriminatory material
• Contact details in public profile fields meant to bypass paid contact unlock
• Links to unrelated businesses or gambling sites

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines without refund where misuse is confirmed.
